TERMS & CONDITIONS, RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation conditions:
Bookings are for a minimum stay of 3 nights possible. Information about free parking spaces & room granted. However, reservations are only accepted and carried out in writing, by fax or e-mail with a complete address. Once the reservation deposit of €100.00 has been credited to our bank account (within 15 days of receipt of our reservation letter), the reservation is binding for us. (Subject to change of location). In the event of last-minute cancellations the day before arrival, additional cancellation costs may apply.
Cancellations:
The booking confirmation and deposit slip are the Place Management to be presented upon arrival . If the reservation period is not observed, the stay for the entire period will be charged in the event of early departure. If the reserved holiday period is not used or canceled, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable but can be credited towards another booking.
Important information:
You are not allowed to extend your stay yourself without prior agreement with the reception! Garbage separation: We separate our garbage – please follow the rules Heaters: electrical heaters are forbidden on the campsite Electricity: all pitches with 220 V and 6 ampere electricity Arrival and departure: arrival from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., departure within 11 a.m. Quiet times: the campsite is closed to vehicles from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 7.30 a.m.!
Restaurant: In the event of any food intolerances or allergies, please inform us in advance. We would be happy to consult with you and adjust our menu offerings for those affected. Depending on the additional effort, we reserve the right to charge an additional charge.
